Welcome to Supaflow (“we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our services, software, tools, and website located at supaflow.ai (the “Site”). By accessing or using our Site or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Service

Supaflow provides AI-driven process automation, consulting, and custom software solutions (“Services”) aimed at improving operational efficiency. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Supaflow and the client (“Client Agreement”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of a company or organization to use our services.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, timely information necessary for the delivery of Services.

• Cooperate with Supaflow in good faith throughout the duration of any project.

• Maintain appropriate security, access controls, and backups of their own systems.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Supaflow retains ownership of all intellectual property developed prior to and during the project.

• Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for internal business purposes.

Custom terms can be negotiated per project.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in the Client Agreement. Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.

Supaflow reserves the right to pause or terminate services due to unpaid invoices.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all non-public business, technical, and financial information disclosed during the engagement as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

7. Data & Privacy

Supaflow processes limited client data as part of delivering services. Any client data handled will be treated according to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or misuse client data.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Supaflow provides services on an “as-is” basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

While we strive to provide reliable and accurate solutions, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supaflow’s total liability under or in connection with the services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the six (6) months preceding the claim. Supaflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice in accordance with the terms of the Client Agreement. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed to date and cease use of any unpaid deliverables.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Helsinki.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
